Dear friends and members of the Comfu Team
Now the time for meetings and actions is approaching rapidly.

Arrival
Poul Erik and Carsten will be in the airport to pick you up and take you to the hostel.
For those of you who need visas to Denmark. Please remember to bring your invitation letters with you to Denmark as you might need them to enter. If you have any problems you can reach Poul Erik at 0045 2174 4275 and Carsten at 0045 6084 7122.
You can have your room at the hostel at 14.00, but it is possible to leave your luggage there.
You don't need to bring bed linen, sheets and towels.
Our first reunion will be Sunday at 17.00 at the hostel followed by a common dinner at a nearby restaurant.
The weather
On the front page of Comfu you can now follow the weather forecast for Denmark. At the moment it is sunny, but freezing cold, below zero, so please remember to bring warm clothes.
Money
Danish money is called kroner. One US dollars is around 5 kroner and one euro is around 7.5 kroner.
Where to stay
You are going to stay at Danhostel Copenhagen City, H.C. Andersen Boulevard 50, 1553 København V. You can check it out here
It is the first designer hostel in Europe, and it is situated in the centre of Copenhagen.
Students are going to stay three - four in one room. Teachers are going to stay in single rooms.
We have mixed students from different countries in each room, so you can get to know each other.
The Venue
The venue is Youth Town, Islevgård Alle 5, 2610 Rødovre, phone: +45 4491 4646
It is situated in a suburb 9 kilometers from the hostel. A bus will pick you up at the hostel each morning and take you to the venue.
Your visions - deadline and presentation
We would very much like you to bring your creative and innovative visions for the future with you to Copenhagen, in order to present them to the other comfu members. Each country will have between 5 and ten minutes to the presentation.
Some members have asked to present their national climate profile as well. It will be possible to do so, but please let us know in advance, so we can plan accordingly. And again 5 - 10 minutes per country.

A Media Group
Jesper would very much like to work with a small media group (five persons) during the conference to record what is going on and to contact the media. If you are interested in the job as a journalist please sent us a short description of your experiences and why you would like to join the media group. Please notice - you will not be able to take part in the other activities..
